We have previously informed you that changes were imminent, and following the acquisition of the DakyPro time recording system, we have now integrated it in our product portfolio and renamed it soft-clock. Now things are taking concrete form:
With effect from January 1, 2013 we will be handling all help desk queries from our base in Munich. Mr. Bienert and Mr. Nachbauer, who are your contacts, will of course be doing everything they can to help you in the initial phase. We believe that this restructuring will give us greater capacity for the further development of soft-clock – after all, the completion of one update marks the start of the next one...
As a result of our restructuring, you will benefit from longer support hours – from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CET).
