The customer handles their vehicle handover independently and at the time of their choice, safely and confidently – and with the option to do more. It’s even simpler than before with key box connection, but it’s also smart, with no key box:

If a service appointment has been agreed in the appointment planning tool, the customer will receive a confirmation and a reminder, as well as a link with an option to check in online. The customer can log in here with their data and enter their service requests. Additional optional offers from your workshop can be displayed to the customer here, who can select and book them.

Once the vehicle is checked in and the order has been digitally signed by the customer, a message will be sent providing access to the locker. Voilà, the customer can then bring their vehicle to your car park and leave the key behind when they wish. You will then receive a notification in the appointment planning tool, and you can then process the order – can digital customer service be more individual?
