Mobile vehicle check-in functionality on a tablet, including all of the relevant information from soft-planning and soft-expert. All of the information entered when the appointment was made on the phone or in preparation is available at a tap of your finger. The service adviser can also use soft-pad to enter important information on the move. For example, damage can be marked on an exploded view drawing, and information can be noted on the condition of the wheels and tires.
Customer advice

All appointment information that has already been provided during scheduling by phone or pre order preparation, is now available at the touch of a finger.

Individualized dealer checks based on predefined criteria. For each criterion individual repair scopes can be stored and selected if necessary.

Based on the data stored in the customer field "Vehicle" soft-pad will display the respective sketch of the vehicle, either a car, van or truck. In this sketch, you have the option to select individual vehicle segments such as the hood or the wind screen with their linked repair scopes from your repair catalog and save them directly within the appointment.
