Classroom Training
With our mobile face-to face training environment, we will train up your service assistants, service advisors or service leaders, on a centralized or decentralized basis, anywhere in the world. Using practical examples, we put users in their usual working environment and train them to integrate the SOFT-SOLUTIONS software modules into their daily working life to an even greater extent – for continuously optimized processes. A set trainer's guide determines the curriculum. Classroom training sessions predominantly take place in hotels but can also be held at your premises or in our training center.
Online Seminars
Digital training is an excellent way to convey concise learning content in short periods of time – for example, innovations and news about new products – but that’s not all: with many years of experience and based on trainer guidelines which provide structure, we put together individual seminars for you and your learning objectives.
Train the Trainer
Our Train the Trainer intensive seminars provide the basic tools to conduct your own training sessions – effectively and successfully. If you have your own trainers, we will teach them the technical and content-related specifics of the software. Do you have employees who you would like to train up to become trainers? Then we will teach them facilitation, methodology and didactic skills. Either way, you can look forward to learning all the relevant fundamentals of conducting your own training session, as well as methods and tools to deliver training with greater professionalism and confidence.

Our training-on-the-job offers revolve around you, your workplace within the business and your daily professional challenges there.
