soft-statistics Before statistics can make sense of the situation, you need the means to produce them.
If your aim is to obtain relevant statistics without significant administrative effort, or if your management staff require a tool that will help them identify changes in what customers want at an early stage, thus getting ahead of the competition, soft-statistics is the solution you need.
The period to be investigated can be set individually to permit weekly or monthly comparisons, for example. Figures are obtained that would otherwise not be revealed, and you can measure your performance against other dealerships by comparing like with like.
Customer advice
The soft-statistics module allows you to retrieve pre-defined statistics or perform own selections on customer, vehicle and appointment data. These can then be printed or exported as required. Here you can see an overview of all appointment activities such as the sum of all appointments in which a service advisor was allocated during scheduling.
